Welcome to Tipsy Talkin'! If you like booze and great conversation, you should stick around. We get acclimated, realize we are poor pourers, and tango with some laffy taffy? Yeah, beer gets weird.

Thank you for listening to tipsy talking. We are new to podcasting. So we hope our quality is up to par. You can show us your support by visiting our website and social media. We're all about good times and fun vibes. So grab a drink, get comfortable and tune in.
Episode One, hello world. Just a quick disclaimer from your host, this episode will be shorter than the rest, but would also be a little less refined due to its more explanatory nature rather than conversational. And we hope you forgive us for that. If you want skip into the next episode, which will be more like the others. Or continue to listen to this one. Just the feel out the vibes
1:09
we appreciate you either way.
1:23
Finally, here, are we I think so.
1:26
Are you here.
1:27
I don't know, I'm not even sure if I'm real. I'm not here. I'm not sure if any of this is real. But if you're listening to this, I guess it must be real. Hmm. And if you are listening to this, you're listening to the brand new tipsy talking podcast. That is true. And my name is Christian.
1:43
And my name is Maddie.
1:44
And this is our very first episode.
1:47
But not our first record, not
1:48
our first recording. No, we wanted to test the waters before, before introducing everyone to this. And speaking of that, that's what this first episode is going to be all about.
2:00
We're gonna sit here today we're gonna talk about the structure of the show, what we are going to bring to the table things that we might talk about, and the all around feel of what this podcast is supposed to bring to you guys. We want to create a safe space for everybody here.
2:17
Yeah, we just want to give a little introduction, and have you guys get to know us and understand what our contents gonna be like. So you're not disappointed. But if you want to go ahead and skip this episode, you can because this episode is gonna be a lot more formal, a lot more direct, instead of like conversation really, to be honest, all that you can find in the other two episodes are gonna be uploaded alongside this episode. Yes. And then after that, oh, my bad. Go ahead.
2:42
So if you don't want to hear our voices, just go ahead and switch over.
2:46
Well, they would still hear our voices. Yes.
2:48
But conversation.
2:49
Let's start with why we wanted to make a podcast, I've been thinking about how I would structure to show what I wanted to talk about all that stuff. And it took a lot of work. And it's it's still a lot of work because I it's hard for me to find the time to do this. It's hard for you to
3:06
Yeah, you know, we're not we don't have all the equipment that like podcasters have like soundproof rooms and studio microphones.
3:15
Actually, I'd say our microphones pretty good, but we definitely don't have the best space to record in. No, not at all. We're basically doing this in a bedroom. There's no soundproofing. So if you guys hear at any moment, any sort of just chaos, any kind of voice, that's not where it belongs.
3:32
Now you didn't
3:33
Yeah, just pretend you didn't hear that. But despite all those setbacks, I really wanted to make something that would really reach people, you know, entertain people,
3:43
definitely.
3:44
Because, for me, for example, when I'm at work, I listen to a podcast throughout the whole time I make pizzas. And the whole time making pizzas. I just listened to a podcast about beer. And if anybody's wondering, I'm just gonna shout them out because they're they inspired me to make this podcast and it's a great podcast to go listen to. So if you don't want to listen to some noobs at least go listen to something good. The beers podcast is a great podcast, but basically my inspiration for this.
4:09
Yeah, they're good guys on that podcast, very informative. We're gonna try and be like them use them as our mentors basically,
4:17
in a way for us, the structure is going to be a little bit different but as you can tell from the name of the other podcast, we mentioned, it was alcohol based, and our podcast is going to be pretty similar. So every episode, we're gonna have three new drinks. Sometimes food, I don't know depends on how we feel in that day doesn't have to be drinks. I'm not limited, but we're gonna have three new drinks quote, unquote, and we're gonna tell you how we feel about them. We're gonna tell you what they taste like what they look like if they're if they're worth it to us.
4:44
Yeah, and at the end of the show, we're gonna rank our most liked and or least liked and,
4:51
and all throughout our tasting and stuff like that. We're gonna have normal conversation about whatever topic we want to talk about that day. So for example, The next episode, we were talking about, you know, how the world is at the moment and things that we missed and things we wish we could do.
5:07
Yeah, but the whole pandemic and everything, definitely been cooped up in the house way too long. And there are just some things that I miss
5:14
episode after that, I don't know yet. We'll see. But it's gonna be with this. They're all going to be uploaded at the same time. So basically, we'll come in, we'll start talking about something, keep that introduce ourselves. Keep that conversation going, introduce our first drink, and then just
5:29
have fun
5:30
and then talk introduced during talk, introduce drink. So that's what you can expect. Speaking of introducing drinks, we are going to go through with this structure in this episode too.
5:39
So yeah, just as a little introduction to it.
5:42
Today, we are going to be trying three different beers from victory Brewing Company and I'm just going to read something from their website. This is their story as they have written down victory Brewing Company is a craft brewery started in downtown pa founded by childhood friends, Bill kovaleski and Ron burchett. I hope I read that right victory officially opened its doors in February of 1996. Victory second state of the art brewery opened in February of 2014 and parkesburg. Pa to serve fans of fully flavored beers in 33 states with innovative beers melding European ingredients and technology with American creativity in addition to the original Donington taproom victory second tap room is located in Kennett square, while the parkesburg tap room features a self guided tour area overlooking the entire brewing facility. All That sounds fun. That does sound fun. We should
6:33
you should make that a bucket list thing to do.
6:35
Yeah, go visit the first first brewery the podcast Oh yeah, that would be fun. So speaking of that, which beer we're gonna be trying first
6:43
no brainer an IPA.
6:45
So first we're gonna be trying no brainer IPA take guessing out of the equation because this one is a no brainer. Our brewers have been putting in the work at the chalkboard drawing up the perfect formula for this IPA so that you can spend your time doing nothing but easy drinking at 6.8% ABV. It's it uses Pilsner and carrot pills malt mandarina citrus Centennial and azacca hops. I don't know if I'm saying those right. I hope I am. And the notes are perfect for me formula makes for an easy choice. As fruity and citrusy hops lead the way in this IPA, our property Ettore hoppecke technology drives big hop flavor with no it's a tangerine and mandarin orange.
7:23
Sounds good.
7:25
So I just wanted to make it clear to everyone that we are not. We're not professionals. That's something I want to get out of the way now
7:31
the farthest thing from profession. Yes,
7:34
we we are not professional tasters. We don't know. We don't know much.
7:39
Just a couple of board college kids.
7:41
We know we like alcohol. Yes. We know that other people like alcohol
7:45
thoroughly enjoy it.
7:47
So we just want to introduce new things to everyone.
7:50
And right off the bat. I know that you're definitely going to like this because you are notorious for liking IPAs.
7:56
I know. But me.
7:57
I'm a little iffy. I'm not really huge into IPAs, but who knows. Maybe this one can change my mind. But
8:03
I don't really like citrus, though.
8:06
You know, it does say tangerine and mandarin orange and mandarin oranges are my favorite fruit. Oh.
8:12
Oh,
maybe this one will be the one for you.
8:14
Maybe let's crack it open.
8:19
Mostly spillage there. Oh my goodness. You got a nice big head with that pour.
8:26
A lot of foam on top.
8:28
Oh, it's not that easy.
8:29
It's not it's it's actually
8:30
pretty. It's it's pretty clear for
8:33
it looks like yellow Gatorade.
8:36
It's a little darker than
8:37
that. It smells good, though.
8:38
Let me say it smells like the beach. It smells like the beer that you would have on a beach. It does. Like smell oranges.
8:45
Yeah, huh?
That's not as strong as I thought it was gonna be. It's okay. It's not as bitter either.
8:51
It hits you at the end. See, it's it's sweet. When you first take a sip, you're like, oh, citrus. I, I recognize the flavor of citrus. And then towards the end. It has that back of the mouth like sour. But I like it. It's okay. I wouldn't personally buy it for myself. But if someone offered it to me, I'd be like, Yeah, all right. It's an IPA. But that's me. It's just all IPAs. Unfortunately, these
9:17
beers are a little bit on the warmer side.
9:20
I actually
9:23
don't say it.
9:24
I prefer my beer at a nice semi room temp.
9:27
Okay, I thought you were gonna say like toasty. Oh, yeah, we get very upset with you.
9:31
Whoever likes beer hot go away. Unless it's Hot Buttered beer. That thing?
9:36
I don't know. Harry
9:37
Potter says it is.
9:39
That's butter beer.
9:40
Yeah,
9:40
it's not. It's not. Oh my goodness. I don't think it's beer. No, it's not I mean, when you go when you go to when you go to like Disney World, it's not universal,
9:50
Universal Studios.
9:51
Oh my goodness. I'm all kinds of messed up.
9:53
I have never been to either. There was a post I saw on Instagram where it's like the three class systems are Never been to Disney been to Disney once and goes to Disney regularly. And it's true. I'm sorry, but
10:07
I don't think I've met a ghost of Disney regularly person and enjoyed being in their company.
10:12
See I have. I have my my friend. Um, I went to middle school with her. She she's a regular regular Disney adult like she enjoys Disney. But she's not like the cringy Disney adult. You know what I mean?
10:26
I know what you mean, you know that beer? There's not many. There's not much carbonation in it. No,
10:31
I think that's why I also enjoy it a little bit more than other IPAs,
10:35
it feels watered down. And it might just be because of the the temperature that makes me think that
10:42
that might be the case.
10:43
I mean, I personally don't feel like it tastes watered down.
10:47
And you know what, you know what's funny, though? you could you could tell it's tangerine instead of orange. You can there's a there's a distinct difference between tangerines and oranges, you can taste the difference. So that was how we're gonna handle drinks on the show. Mm hmm. That was our first beer. And with that, you got a little a little taste of the structure. But here's the thing, everything is subject to change, you know, as if every, every new endeavor, we're gonna learn, we're gonna adapt,
11:15
find things that fit and what we like what we don't like and incorporate it into show.
11:20
Yeah, and you, the listeners can always reach out to us and give us advice and tell us what you want to hear.
11:27
Yes.
11:28
So we're gonna have an Instagram account, Facebook, and Twitter, and Twitter, and you can reach us out on all of those that will be you'll learn more about that towards the end. We also have a website, tipsy talking.buzzsprout.com. It's a very simple website right now, because I, I cannot afford to have a fully fledged website, but
11:46
down the road down the road down the road. Hopefully, we'll have our own official website.
11:51
And any suggestions that come from you guys will be taken into account.
11:56
Yeah,
11:57
no opinion is wrong. If you think that we could do something better, please let us know. We try so hard to make this podcast, something that people would want to listen to and enjoy. And if we're doing something that you particularly don't like, or think that we should change up? Don't fear to tell us it?
12:17
It's all good. Yeah,
12:19
we want to hear opinions, even if it's, you know, even if they're, even if they're kind of mean, please don't be mean, we're trying our best. But if you want to be mean, I guess we'll have to listen. So here's another interesting thing. So a lot of podcasts, they have a topic that they focus around for every show, you know, so there's like, there's like hiking podcasts,
murder mystery pod murder mystery podcast. And yes, we
are, you know, mostly talking and we're talking about alcohol and stuff. But the interesting thing is our, our conversations are not going to be limited to any one kind of topic, we're going to be talking about a lot of things depending on the day, and depending on the weather, I know a lot of people are going to be might be turned off by that idea. But that's something that I really am excited about. Because I want people to learn about a lot of different things. I want to learn about a lot of different things.
Yeah,
13:09
I mean, if you have a variety of stuff, then you don't just cater to one community of people. Everybody has like an episode that they could listen to, whether it's we talk about bands, or we talk about food, or music or whatever we may talk about that day, there's always gonna be a little subsection of people who will enjoy it.
13:31
And even if you're not interested in the topic, you might want to listen anyways, because you might learn something new.
13:35
Yeah, you might find a new beer that you want to taste or new wine that you want to taste.
13:40
Or if there's any topic you do want to hear us talking about. You can just tell us Yeah, exactly. If you get used to us that is I guess. I hope you do. I hope you know and understand things aren't gonna kick off right off the bat. You know, you're not gonna be big quick, but I really hope that people enjoy us.
14:00
I hope you enjoy what this next beer the next beer. The next beer. Oh goodness. segwaying right into that. Whoo. So this one is victory shower monkey.
14:11
It is a sour triple. This beer comes in at a whopping 9.5% ABV with Pilsner malts and tettnang. hops.
14:19
tastefully tart is how our monkeys describe their soul sibling born from the same imported malt Belgian yeast and a mix of magical spices. This monkey decides to take a walk on the tangy side with swirling citrusy lemon bit and delectable essence you better pucker up and respect to this monkey Oh god.
14:37
So the notes say fruity notes from imported Belgian nice world through a precise souring. Is that the same thing that you just read pucker up to a bite of citrus laden Tang ending with a delectable experience sounds a little bit different. Okay, so sounds like this is gonna be actually pretty sour.
14:53
I do enjoy sour candy. Sour Skittles. I prefer them over regular Skittles. Yeah, I
15:00
mean, I've had like, tangy beers before, but I don't know if I've ever had like a truly sour beer.
15:05
I don't think I've had anything that's like been directly advertised as being sour. I may say though the can is beautiful. There's a little monkey on it has a little green tongue. He's pretty cute. And it's nighttime sky.
15:19
I do like the canned designs of victory. Brewing Company.
15:23
Definitely. Oh, yeah. Let's crack this one open.
15:28
got yourself a little catchphrase there. Oh, do I have to teach you how to pour.
15:36
I know how to pour.
15:37
So a little bit less head than last time.
15:42
A lot more carbonation.
15:44
About a third of a finger for me. Last time was crazy. That was like half a head but I blame that on on the poor. A lot more carbonation. A lot. The color is about the same. Just even less hazy than the IPA.
15:59
pilsners have that distinct smell. It kind of is the same smells like say soda water. Like, you know how soda water smells like it's it's kind of fizzy.
16:09
Okay,
16:09
but
16:10
are you talking about the feeling of the bubbles on your nose? Okay, that's not a smell. It's a sensation sensation.
But, um,
16:19
it does smell pretty good.
16:21
I wonder. I wonder if this is considered a Pilsner. I mean, it says so fun fact. It says sour monkey sour triple. I thought sour triple was a kind of beer. Like I said, not an expert. We looked it up. It's not a kind of beer, apparently. So I'm wondering if this is just a sour Pilsner?
16:38
Probably.
16:39
Oh my god. You could smell the lemon. Big time. Big time. And also kind of smells like pineapple to me.
16:45
Really? Oh, okay. I get that. Yeah, it's very fruity.
16:51
is very fruity. I'm gonna taste it. Oh. Oh, no. Whoo. It is definitely sour.
16:59
She sure is. So
17:00
it's a little salty.
Salty, salty.
Am I just confusing? Sour with salt.
17:06
Okay, um, it's definitely fruit flavored. But because it's sour. It tastes like sour fruit. That's the thing, but like, almost in a way where it's not good. Elaborate. Like, okay, it has that like, it gives you that tongue feeling after you've had like something to drink or something that you don't particularly enjoy. Your mouth starts to water. I don't know if that happens with you. It happens with me.
17:35
I feel like we talked about this in the other episode too. Maybe. But I think I also said in the other episode that I do not understand this feeling because your mouth is supposed to water scientific Fun fact your mouth waters when you enjoy a smell or taste.
17:47
Okay. My mouth particularly waters when I get nauseous. This drink makes you nauseous. It kind of has that aftertaste of like a beer burp.
17:59
You know what? It's fun to drink? Oh, the aftertaste of a beer burp I could get I get that. Yeah, but I can understand that. But it's fun to drink. I like it. But I don't think I relax with it. No, I
18:12
couldn't. I couldn't relax with this with this string. This is a drink where I have to hold and walk around taking tiny sips of it is very
18:21
acidic. It's
18:22
very, very acidic. If you have sensitive teeth, probably not the beer for you.
18:29
Yeah, I could. I could probably agree with that. I don't know. I've never had my teeth go off because of a beer. But if there was one, it would probably probably probably it would probably be this one. So that was Yes, our monkey pretty sour lived up to its name. That's for sure. And now that we're done with our second beer, I just want to reiterate how glad I am that we're finally recording episodes.
18:51
I couldn't be happier Chris. I mean, personally, this first episode seemed like such a hard Hill to get over for us. It's both Chris and I's first time recording anything like a podcast, and we're nervous. It's our first time we're gonna mess up, obviously. And it's taken a bunch of takes a couple days needed rest rescripting. But you know, we're here and we're doing it. And that's all that matters. We're having a good time.
19:20
You know, Simon really a script. It's just, it's hard to go off, we kind of make a list of points. And it's hard to go off that sometimes you know, but a list would be too much a list, a script would be too much. But we're finding it difficult with this first episode because as you'll see in Episode Two, if you go listen to that it's very conversation based and it's very it flows nicely. This one we're finding hard to do because we don't really have a topic to talk about other than starting to show and you know, it might be damaging a little bit actually. I feel like it might be but I'm gonna keep it up anyways because it describes it introduces,
20:01
and gives you the all around feel of the type of people Chris and I are. Hopefully, hopefully, we're very cool people stick around VR friends,
20:10
well, you're smug.
20:13
You know, even though that this episode is going to be shorter than all the rest of our episodes that will be uploaded within time. We just wanted to use this episode as a way to get comfortable with talking into a microphone and editing and hearing ourselves through the speakers and figuring out the ratio of the sound. And it's our first time so we're just trying to have fun. We're gonna make this a fun podcast for us. And also for you guys.
20:41
It's kind of like a pilot episode.
20:42
Yeah, exactly.
20:43
I guess that's exactly what it is.
20:44
The pilot episode of any show is never the best episode. But you keep coming back to it because it's nostalgic.
20:51
Exactly. So hopefully, that's what this will become. Or it will just be so horrible. We just never listened to it ever again. The end, the end, podcast ends. Project cancelled. Just kidding. No, I've worked too hard for this. I just wish that I can't wait for them to listen to other episodes because this episode is just not flowing. And I'm not afraid to admit that.
21:13
No, it's it's very, you can tell it's the first episode. It's awkward, but it's still light hearted. And we're still just trying to have a good time.
21:22
That's all it's about. That's all this podcast is supposed to be about grabbing a beer sitting back, relaxing, listening to a nice conversation and having a good time, right with a beer in hand. Definitely. I guess that's all I'm excited to taste, all the different kinds of things are gonna try and me too.
21:39
We have so many different plans for you guys. Different kinds of beers, different kinds of wines. And I'm just genuinely hopeful for this. For this to take off. And maybe to maybe meet some people make some connections, make some friends,
21:54
hopefully. And with that, we're actually going to jump into our last and final beer right now. We've talked about everything we wanted to talk about for this pilot episode. So this last beer is called golden monkey. It's a Belgian style triple ale. mystical flavors to enlighten you with another ABV of 9.5% also uses Pilsner malt and tettnang hops. So this seems like a deviation of sour monkey noses loaded with Belgian yeast character, a banana and clove with an equally fruity body balance with the light earthy hop character. Savor notes of orange and spice followed by a dry finish.
22:36
So I've actually had this beer before. I've had it a Buffalo Wild Wings a couple years back. And if my memory suits me, Well, this was really delicious. Yeah, but I'm biased. I do like Belgian whites. They're my favorite kind of beer. And this is a Belgian style. So it kind of has that same feel to it.
23:01
Yeah. Did I read about this beer? No. All right. Well, let me read that real quick. Meet the most curious of all the monkeys. His journey to discover the truth about life led him to meditate with monks wrestle with lions and study the stars, golden monkey crafts and ale with imported malts, Belgian yeast, and a mix of magical spices, resulting in a mystical flavor that will enlighten your senses. So
23:25
I guess the golden monkey is like, the favorite child and the sour monkey used at the linguine.
23:30
Yeah, he's a degenerate, degenerate,
23:33
but I'm really excited for you to try this. So
23:36
spices Hmm,
23:38
let's crack it open.
23:42
There we go. No, that's a poor poor.
23:46
Smells like beer.
23:47
You are so wrong.
23:48
Okay. What does it smell like to you?
23:50
Vanilla?
Okay. Wait, maybe
hold on. No,
23:54
no, I completely understand that.
23:56
No, banana,
23:57
banana.
23:58
Banana laffy taffy.
24:00
That's what it is. It has that like artificial banana. I don't know. Have you had runs candies don't have the banana ones are top tier. All the restaurants hit the road.
24:10
I don't know about clothes, though. But then again, I'm not. I'm not really ever sure what clove smells like.
24:16
So the color of this beer is
24:19
it's it's the same as our monkey. It's
24:20
it's the same as our monkey. If not like a little bit yellower
24:24
maybe more carbonation.
24:26
Oh, a little like a tad bit more combination on a scale of like no carbonation to full carbonation. The IPA would be at no carbonation and this would be full
24:36
and even smaller head than
themselves. Jackie. Yes, definitely.
24:41
It still tastes the same. It's beautiful. I
24:43
love it. Really? So good. That's good.
I like the smell. What the hell?
24:50
Oh no. Do you not like it?
24:53
I think I'd like it colder.
24:55
Okay, I get that but again, I like my beer kind of on the warmer side.
25:00
Laffy Taffy, big Laffy Taffy notes
25:04
it does it has a lot of big banana notes. And that's surprising because I've never actually had a drink labeled as like banana flavor that actually tastes like bananas. Yeah, but it's so good. I feel like came for a little more.
25:17
Of course I feel like I exaggerate with some of these like tastings and stuff but but
25:23
you are right this this is
25:25
just like this is a straight up banana. Like this is what is it called crazy monkey golden monkey. This is a golden it's a golden golden ass monkey. That's the color is gold. Okay, it's gold. It smells like banana. And it probably came from one of donkey kong barrels. You know those barrels he thrown around? This is in those barrels.
25:49
Donkey Kong is the victory golden monkey.
25:52
I hate to do this here.
25:53
Do you not like it?
25:56
I was so excited to I hate to do it. Yeah. Now I know what you feel like every time you hand me an IPA and say you're gonna like this. And then it just tastes like dog. Dog. Yes, IPAs tastes the exact same that a wet dog would smell.
26:13
That is false.
26:14
That's your opinion.
26:15
Well, your opinions wrong. Yeah, no,
I don't. I mean, like,
I don't know. It's so novelty.
26:24
What is that?
26:26
That drink? It's like a novelty. It's like, it's like banana beer.
26:30
I think it's delightful.
26:31
I think it's scary. I'm scared. I'm terrified of that beer.
Okay,
I'm frightened by it.
26:37
So would you say that the golden monkey is officially for this episode your least favorite?
26:42
Well, before I say that, let's talk about this part. Yeah, that we're about to do. So at the end of each episode, we're gonna talk about which one we like the most. Which one we like the least. rank them up. compare notes.
26:55
Pair notes. No cheat tell you that you're wrong. Don't look at my test paper.
26:59
You'll tell me that I'm wrong. We'll have a little kerfuffle. kerfuffle, a little bit of a a little bit of a fight. punches will be thrown
27:06
hands will be thrown. Yes, they will.
27:09
So yeah, I'm gonna start with my least. It's gonna be golden monkey.
27:15
No, I'm so
27:17
sorry to do it. Yeah.
27:18
All right. one out of five monkeys. What would you rate it? 10 monkeys. What one through 10 months? One through 10. Okay, one through 10 monkeys. Um,
27:29
I'm gonna get golden monkey. a five out of 10 Golden monkeys.
27:33
Okay, a five is good. Five is good. Yeah, so my least favorite is the sour one. I don't like sour. I guess I don't like sour beer.
27:45
sour candy. I
27:45
don't like sour beer.
27:46
How many monkeys? Well, you do like sour candy.
27:49
Yeah, I said I do like sour candy. I don't like sour beer.
27:52
Oh, okay. I got really confused there for a second. He threw me way off. How many monkeys is our monkey getting?
27:59
Like a three out of 10 Rihanna.
28:01
10s. Three out of 10 monkeys monkey?
28:05
Well, sour monkeys my middle ground. Okay, so I'm gonna give it I'm gonna give it not much higher. I'm gonna give it like 6.5 monkeys.
28:13
All right.
28:15
I'm not really a fan of the sour. No,
28:18
it's a good concept. I just don't have the palate for it. And you know, maybe someone does stuff for us. My middle ground actually has to be golden monkey. Really? Yeah.
28:32
I mean, my god. Right what's happening here
28:35
and what's happening to me see golden monkey it I love it. It's perfect. Wow. Okay, it but this IPA for some reason? I'm still thinking about Hold on. Hold on.
28:46
We're not done with your your minimal in here. How many monkeys is your middle?
Oh,
how many monkeys is golden monkey cuz you were talking you were hoping golden I was hoping
28:55
golden monkey up and on. still gonna give it on nine out of 10 monkeys nine out of 10 monkey nine out of 10 dancing monkey. So
29:02
what the hell? Oh my god, pa Okay, so
29:04
the IPA is also I'm going to give it an nine out of 10 monkeys. Okay, they're tied. Okay, good. I would grab the IPA first. Really? Yeah.
29:14
I think that leaves IPA for my favorite right? I'm gonna give it not much higher either. I'm gonna give it a seven out of 10 monkeys.
29:22
Oh really?
29:24
The beers today were not my favorite beers that I've had in my lifetime.
29:27
Okay, so you don't particularly enjoy enjoyed the victory brand or would you still purchase from them again?
29:35
They have
other flavors they do they
maybe I like those more. Maybe I'll take a different episode to find out. Who knows
29:42
definitely visit their website at victory beer.com.
29:46
It's very informative.
29:47
It is they have a lot of different blurbs under each of their beers. They tell you if there's only seasonal if they're available 12 months a year. But you know, maybe you'll find the one that you like they have a whole whole array of flavors. Hmm.
30:02
I probably would buy victory again, but only because I like having a an array of things to drink
30:10
a variety pack. Yeah, it'd be stuck with the same beer. No,
30:14
I don't mean even a variety. I've just mean a variety of different kinds of beers. Yeah.
I mean,
30:19
you don't want to have the same beer every single day.
30:22
I've got like victory to have in a toss up with other other breweries. Yeah, you know what I mean? But not my favorite beers. I'm a little. I'm a little sad about that. But you know what happens? Oh, well. At least you like them.
30:34
Yes. That's all that matters. Oh, really happy? Yeah,
30:38
if you're happy everyone else is happy.
30:43
Don't save him.
30:44
He's she's, she's forcing me to do this. I know. I sound like the enthusiastic one. But I'm being forced help. Oh, God, the Death Stare.
Did I say that? Right?
30:56
death. Death. I have a problem. You've been doing this thing lately? I don't know if you've picked up on it. You used to not do it. On bathroom. What's that about lately? No.
31:07
I've always done that my entire life. Really? Yeah. Because just now that I'm comfortable with you.
31:12
Okay, so I knew you always did it with like, earth you say Earth a lot. That's how you say it. I've always known you to say I have a little bit of a th problem. You do?
31:20
I do. But that's fine. Because I can't say my hours. And this whole time during the episode. I've been degrading slowly into a primitive life form. I've been. I've been returning to monkey, monkey. That's my favorite meme. Right now.
31:34
Everybody has three sets of brains. They have their human brain, their lizard brain
31:40
and their monkey lizard brain. Yes,
31:42
lizard brain. lizard brain is that brain that makes you want to lay on a warm rock. You know, when you touch a rock and you're like, I want to lay on that. That's your lizard brain.
31:50
There's probably someone out there right now. That's like, I don't like rocks. Who
31:52
doesn't like rocks? Oh, man, you'd
31:54
be surprised
31:56
to find a rock. It's like maybe I
31:58
don't like rocks.
32:00
yelling at me.
32:02
Well you can do about it like rock we can do about it.
cry.
Don't cry. Don't do that. Sorry. You know,
32:12
